Please note:
If you order as a guest, your ticket will not be displayed under ‘My orders’ here in the Ticket Shop and not under ‘My account’ on gamescom.global. Use an account to get full access to all offers and features that optimise your gamescom visit.

If you would like to use Fastlane bookings, please create a Koelnmesse account with the same e-mail address you used when you ordered your ticket.

Important for the gamescom congress:
Trade visitor tickets are only valid with appropriate legitimisation in accordance with the gamescom trade visitor guidelines. ALL other visitors interested in the gamescom congress book their tickets in the private visitor area!

Please make sure that you register as a trade visitor with your company e-mail address. This is the only way we can correctly assign you and process your registration request as quickly as possible.
