Use your Koelnmesse account when purchasing tickets to enjoy full access to all features, optimize your visit and take advantage of additional services like fastlane bookings. If you purchase a ticket as a guest, it will not appear under “My orders” in the ticket shop or “My account” on gamescom.global.
If you purchase a ticket as a guest and later want to book fastlanes, simply create a Koelnmesse account using the same email address provided during your initial ticket purchase.
Children under four years of age are not permitted entry even when accompanied by parents!
